How can my properties be included on Houselisting.com?
Click on the Landlord Login link from the home page, register for free, then login with your email address and password. There is no charge to add property information and pictures to your portfolio. You can then have any of your properties listed for tenants to view by publishing an ad for any property.

What is the cost?
For landlords that publish property ads on an occasional basis the cost is $37.50 for a 45 day ad listing. We also offer volume pricing for landlords and management companies that publish over 30 ads per year. Contact our sales department for more information. Email: sales@houselisting.com

What forms of payment does Houselisting.com accept?
We accept major credit cards as well as prepaid accounts. Credit cards can be used to pay for individual ads. We encourage all customers to pay via credit card. It's fast, secure and your ads can be up and running within seconds. Landlords can also purchase prepaid ads by check. Contact our sales department for prepayment information: sales@houselisting.com

Are credit card transactions secure?
Yes, credit card transactions by our members are completely secure. Unlike some of our competitors who claim to be secure, our payment page is secured by a private 128 bit server certificate (SSL certificate) provided by Geotrust, one of the largest Certification Authorities on the Internet. When a member visits the "Publish Property" payment page, the web browser will show the "pad lock" symbol at the bottom which verifies that all information is encrypted as it is transmitted over the internet. All credit card transactions are processed by NOVA Information Systems. Nova is the merchant partner of Wachovia Bank and is one of world's leading providers of secure credit card processing. Credit card authorization only takes a few seconds and a receipt is displayed on your web browser and is also emailed to you. Card numbers on the email receipts are hidden for your protection. As an added security measure, Houselisting.com does not store any of the customer's credit card data on our web server.

Is my information such as email address kept confidential?
Yes, other than the information you choose to publish along with your property ad, Houselisting.com does not provide or sell your contact information to anyone.

Is there a cost to register as a Landlord?
Registration is free. You only pay when you select to publish your property ads so they can be viewed by prospective tenants and buyers visiting the site. You choose which properties to publish. All properties will remain in your portfolio so you can re-publish any ad at anytime in the future without having to re-enter the property information and pictures.

How do I enter information on my properties?
Login as a member. From the "Select Management Function" box, choose "Add New Property" and follow the directions.

REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION
Once a property ad is published to the Houselisting.com public site and the member submits and authorizes payment, no refunds or cancellations shall be provided. Members are free to remove their properties ads from the public site at anytime, however no credit shall be issued for any remaining ad time.  The same applies to pre-paid accounts.  Once a package of pre-paid units is purchased via check or credit card, no refunds will be issued for unused units.

Other than the property data and images entered by our member landlords, Houselisting.com does not collect or store any data from or about our users. Landlord property listing contain landlord contact information including email address, contact names, and telephone numbers that are entered by our members. This information is displayed to our public users as part of our advertising services. Other than for the public users that visit the web site, Houselisting.com does not share this information with anyone.
